One-lane traffic in highway on east end of city.

I know I'm late to the party, but since you were looking for a vanilla fix, here's one for you.

All I did was rebuild the highway as it had some short segments which caused problems for the vehicle AI.

Interesting well made city, the shore makes traffic solving in a realistic way a nice challenge.
