Fairly Odd Parents Doug Dimmadome's Hat

Ported to Gmod (and it works for SFM as well) by me.
Something different after so much TF2 content...nice, I guess.
In case someone has to ask, this LONG hat belongs to Doug Dimmadome.
Later I'll port his limousine as well.
Anyway, features of this thing are:
*bone for long part of the hat;
*flex for part of the hat;
*additional mustache as bonus model (having an own bone);
*simple physic.
