Problems, Issues and Glitches
This is NOT perfect just a guide if you want Ambient Occlusion and Anti-Aliasing

Issues:
Ambient Occlusion DOES NOT always appear.
Ambient Occlusion Does lower FPS for me about 7-10 fps.
Ambient Occlusion is not supposed to be in Dishonored so unkown issues might appear.

Anti-Aliasing Lowers fps a lot from 130 to 58-72.
Anti-Aliasing FXAA can and should be disabled ingame.
Anti-Aliasing FXAA can be ignored in Inspector if you dislike the effect.
SweetFX
For SweetFX with Windows 7:
Install the SweetFX Files in the folder with Dishonored.EXE
\Steam\steamapps\common\Dishonored\Binaries\Win32

For Windows 8/8.1 use this guide:

Good guide. You can use only MSAA without 4xSGSS (the second one is what really kills framerate). But it does a beautiful job with jaggies AND shimmering.

Do you have a video comparing Ambient Occlusion and SweetFX turned on and off?
