Fancy Hat for the Empire General (for custom battle)

Hi !

A totally useless mod who did to thing:

- I got tired of the default variant we got for the General of the Empire in the custom battle with his knight helmet.
So I changed the default one to a general with a fancy imperial hat ! (one of the possible empire general variant in the campaign)

- The general is now the default lord when you open the lord recruitement tab. I did not change anything byond that, just swapped the tab of the arch-lector and the empire general one.

I posted the mond on the workshop if this is intresting for any one else.
