Dark Elf Civilization

Description
Adds Dark Elves to the game as a playable civilization, complete with their own toys, plants and drinks.

Dark Elves are able to cut trees and use metals just like their Dwarven neighbors.

Added Toys:
Spider

Hiya - just a heads up, I'm working on a an overhaul of your mod seeing as there haven't been any updates for a while. I'm updating it to work with portraits and fixing some things - of course if I choose to release it on the Workshop I will credit you appropriately, hope that is ok

I've been enjoying the shit out of this mod. Had a fun start with a civ of dark elves with only one fort who's holdings got taken over by a legion of orcs (from another mod.) My expedition leader was chosen as the new queen fairly early on and she's been Matron Mothering it up since then. I hope you continue working on this, it's a real gem. I'd love to see some pet spiders and more names be added in the future.

Question for anyone able to answer: How do you fulfill their Need for romance and to be with family? None of my elves ever really seem to get together. I'm new to Dwarf Fortress still so I'm likely missing something obvious. Thanks!

Hello, I am still planning on doing an update I will have a month off of work here soon and that is when I plan on having it finished. I will be sure to look into adding more names.

Will there be an update? Since so far I noticed that there are not a lot of dark elf names. At 200 elves in a fortress you have a LOT of repetitions and it makes it hard to differentiate them

I'm curious as to how the update they're working on will impact the mod. Will we be seeing dark elf babies and children too around the time the update drops?
