Arendelle's Componenets - Strategic Resource Consumption

Description
2024 Update Strategic Resource Consumption for units is changed.
This is similar to Zee's Strategic Resource Overhaul.

All units past the industrial have a creation resource and a upkeep resource:
Some resources like Iron remain relevant for most of the game.

Ironclads cost Iron to build but coal to upkeep.
Infantry costs niter instead of oil

To compensate for the increased iron usage late game each iron provides an additional +1 per turn.
The Resource Management policy (Conservation Civic) now includes iron.
Late game iron resources provide +4 iron with the policy. +3 without.

See pictures for more details.

Balance suggestions welcome.

Hey just so you know the mod dose not seem to work anymore

Ah, that's what was meant... Understood. With concrete names it seemed firstly like it actually can't go exactly both iron and aluminium.
And regarding mod setting multiple resources... In terms of realism would be nice, that'd definitely expand space for fantasy (like not only GDR can use such), but that's, of course, up to you, if you want/don't want.

The Civ 6 XML code specifies one resource to upkeep and one resource to build. I could tinker making a new SQL table to have a unit use multiple resources but that would be a separate mod.

It can't go both Al and Iron? Why?
Lord Arendelle  [author] Jun 17, 2023 @ 4:32pm
Unfortunately it can be either AL of IRON . Since all other modern units require AL. IRON seemed reasonable.

I went with 125 Iron = GDR. Iron should be plentiful at that point in the game.

I second it! 125 Iron sounds reasonable - or 60 iron, 60 aluminium if that's possible. Better yet - 40 iron, 40 aluminium, 40 uranium, with a uranium per-turn upkeep
