Series 151 EMU

JNR Series 151 trains have been in commercial operation since 1958. Developed as JNR's first limited express train, it had a structure that was distinctly different from the old nose suspension drive trains of the past, and contributed greatly to the modernization of the old passenger-car-driven express trains.

Limited Express Kodama

The Limited Express Kodama is an express train that has been in service since 1958. Using only newly developed Series 151 trains, it was mainly intended for business travellers and connected Japan's two largest cities, Tokyo and Osaka, with a round trip in a single day. Today they operate on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines.

Looks very nice! What is the purpose of the elevated driver's cab though?

This is a great mod, but I think that there are a couple of mistakes with the "...kodama (1958, 4 cars, back)" and "series 20 electric car unit 1 (back)" formations. The electric cars seem to be in the wrong order, and the latter seems to also have too many cars (the cab car and second-class car).
