Could you find a jasmine sapling on garden planets? If so then it is most likely to be caused by the mod you mentioned. This mod looks quite complex and because of this, conflicts are mostly unavoidable.
It does has a garden.biome.patch in my mod, but the operation is quite simple (it's even a copy from another mod). So I don't think it will cause such conflict in most mod combinations.
Could not apply patch from file /biomes/surface/garden.biome.patch in source: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820\2971436218\contents.pak. Caused by: (JsonPatchException) Could not apply patch to base. (JsonPatchException) Could not apply operation to base. (TraversalException) Could not find "treeFoliageHueShiftMax" to remove.
I'm assuming that it's an incompatibility with https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2971436218 . Thanks in advance for your help!
This is for anime lovers. And that's why I made this mod.
And it's not as rare as you think. It has a strong illumination which makes it easy to find, if you lower your zoom level.
