No Pause Challenge (With Slow On Letters)

This is an edited version of the No Pause Challenge mod by Andreas Pardeike (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1517419925). I take no credit for the mod and will absolutely take this down if Andreas asks me to.

I wanted the mod to automatically slow the game down to 1x speed on all letters (the original mod actually has an option that claims to do this, but it doesn't work or at least not reliably) so I made this edit and am sharing it on the workshop in case anybody else wants to use it. You can enable / disable this functionality in the mod's options with the SlowOnAllLetters option. I've only made the change for 1.4 so this won't be compatible with older versions.

I also implemented a slowdown when a "prepare for a while" raid decides to start their assault (check the mod options for this one).

I also implemented an option to make it so that Spacebar always slows the game. (Normally the mod remembers what your last speed was so when you hit space the first time, it goes to 1x and then when you hit space the second time, it takes you back to your previous speed.) This option is off by default, but you can enable it in the mod options.

The No Pause Challenge mod removes the ability to pause the game and prevents slowdowns. As a result you are forced to play in realtime and you will never have the ability to stop the game at any time. Can you handle it?

All dialogs that usually pause the game will not do so. Saving and trading is done in real time and you get 1x, 2x, 3x and even 4x as speed buttons and the pause button is gone.

No Pause Challenge saves state with each game and can be activated in the Storyteller Dialog (even while in a game). This means you can keep the mod active and still choose which games to play with it, in new or in old games. The mod can be removed at any time without consequences.

Also, the space bar toggles between current speed and 1x speed.
