A steam-powered cargo crane to load ships with. It has capacity to transport three containers on its deck plus another on the crane itself for a total capacity of four. It has great reach and was designed to allow some imprecision with lining the vehicle up with a container; as long as the center of the gantry goes over the center of the container, it can be picked up.
