Misery ZFog

Description
Turns the Z-Level Fog from blue to misery green and makes it more transparent, mostly for those modpacks that need just a bit more misery. Praise misery.


Thank you to Munashe who made the Reduce Z-Level Fog Mod which inspired me to make this one.
