[deprecated] Disable Bird Screech on Grasslands

Description
Update: We did it boys! The developers have updated the grasslands ambiance file and this mod is no longer useful. Strike the earth!

Removes the annoying bird screeching sound on the grassland biome. I've edited the sound file and removed all of the REEEE sounds so you can still enjoy the ambiance.

Some people report that this may not work - in that case, open this mod's folder and take the Grasslands.ogg file and manually replace it in your data/sound/ambiance folder.

@drziao you should probably update the description of this mod to make it clearer that the vanilla soundscape already has this sound removed as of 50.03

the new track is 3 minutes long (one longer, nice) but lacks the sheep and cowbells of this version so I'm torn
