HIP-Rise to Power Compatibility Patch [No SWMH]

Description
A compatibility patch for Historical Immersion Project and Rise to Power. Works with everything but SWMH. Working to get that module compatible.

Requires Historical Immersion Project and Rise to Power which are not included.

The only issue I know of right now is that the 'Renounce Iconoclasm' decision will not work as Rise to Power intended with Rise to Power's 'Chalcedonian Split' game rule.

Not at the moment, but I am getting back into working on my main mod merger. So perhaps soon.

I found your workshop version, followed the instructions and used that. It's working fine now. That particular bug I think was caused by having CPRplus installed. You should probably add a note to the github saying to use your workshop version.

That one is messed up. I need to get around to fixing it someday, but I might need to start over.

Hi. I tried using your TiaraMod-HIP---RTP github collection, but I get a weird bug where every portrait has like 10 helmets in a line going to the right of it. Is it just outdated or is there something i'm missing? Ran it with HIP and nothing else. Any help would be nice, thanks.
