mercenaries use cultural units (deprecated)

Description
a simple mod that makes it so that mercenary companies use their cultural units more. due to the define only allowing you to force the merc company to have at least one cultural unit, while the others are random, I made it so that the merc companies have only one regiment of men at arms, but that regiment is much larger then it was previously (instead of 3/3/3 its now 3/5/10) and the number of knights were increased by 1 for the mid level company and 2 for the highest level. I might make a version for cultures expanded without the reduction in regiment amount since that adds so many additional types of cultural maa, but hopefullly pdx changes this define on their own to make it more flexible.
KNOWN ISSUE:
due to the way the define works, only cultural units from INNOVATIONS are included as "cultural units", probably a holdover from before royal court when all cultural maa were from innovations. now most of them (like horse archers, cataphracts, viking troops, etc) are from traditions, meaning that this mod wont allow them to spawn in the merc regiments. I made a bug report to pdx on the fourms so hopefully they fix this eventually (if you like the mod and would like to see this fixed respectfully commenting on the bug report I made would be a nice way to help).

Would love to see a comparison example from Vanilla and with these Implemented to see the different options available....and a culture expanded version. Kinda hard to go in blind without seeing the effects.Thanks!
