Hel's Marked Aspiring Champions SFO submod

Description
SFO submod for Hel's Marked champions. I removed the inherent abilities that Archaeon gives through tech and tried to balance it best i could to SFO standards. Let me know of any balancing issues and I'll try and to fix them.

All credit goes to Hel Thea, all I did is modify a couple stats and abilities.

since they change the helscourge unite i beleive you should give 10 -15 armore percing to slaneesh champion
