This is a mod that adds a Keypage known as The White Noise upon starting up the game. Its an alternative version of Roland with new weapons and abilities. This mod was created during a small conversation of 'what would a Reverse Roland look like?' so I created my own version. There is no fights or receptions against him, you get the page the moment you start the game.
There is also a book you can burn to obtain a headless version of the Keypage to equip on your Librarians. Both Keypages can be equipped on Binah and Roland, enjoy.
