Report a translation problem
The extra trolls in TFTTK probably use custom unit sets as opposed to basegame unit sets. It'd be easier to do on a user end than on a mod end, since you'd just need to swap out those unit sets in RPFM, where I'd probably have to make a new unit set specific to this mod that would possibly end up leaving out other units.
This mod is older than Throgg's skill tree rework that gave benefits to skinwolves. Personally, I also don't think they really fit in with Throgg's Age of Beasts theme, because of those distasteful human origins. As cursed worshippers of Chaos, I think they fit far better with Wulfrik the Wanderer.
