Look, there should be more female Warriors of Chaos, right? Like, on the borders of the Chaos Wastes, sexism is not a luxury one gets to have. Every single member of the tribe needs to be able to wield an axe with killing intent, and having someone staying in the kitchen when the Murdershaggers from the next village come over for Murdershagging is just pointless. Even if the ladies stay home to defend the village, there's still ample opportunity there to earn the favour of the gods, since, y'know, it's Norsca. Staying at home's probably more dangerous than going on a jolly down south, since that's where the manticores aren't. It'd add a nice contrast with the nations down south that do stick to gender roles, looking at you Kislev and Bretonnia, act as a reflection of how the Norse and Scythians etcetera looked at women...

Fury's Wake lets Marauders be as good as Marauders working for their vassals
Best of the Bloodied is a straight-up boost to Chaos Warriors and the ilk
Gorecharge is the same for Chaos cavalry
Chooser of the Slain makes Chosen and Aspiring Champions even better in melee. Might swap out Gorefeast for Bloodgreed.
