this is a port of one of the first mods i ever made

makes the black silence's moves IMMACULATELY balanced
this is by far the most balanced version of the black silence on the workshop

This rebalance is the most cursed thing i've seen today.
Ranged 0-cost
Zelkova with 2 counters
2-cost Crystal Atelier with 4 light regen
Slightly cooler Atelier Logic
Allas is now even more broken
5-dice Durandal
And Furioso is now a block...
Others haven't been tweaked too drastically tho.
