Additional Rank Bonus for Ammunition & Charge Bonus

As the title said, this mod will give extra 2% ammunition & 4% charge bonus to ALL units. Except for heroes and lords of course
RoR units will always gain 18% ammo & 36% charge bonus. If you're using RoR can rank up mod, be ware that they could get even more.
This global effect will show up in the top banner in campaign

Only Available in campaign
Available for new units from other mod except for those new RoR units (since i have to set RoR one by one)

Will be activated since the Next Turn[\b] after you enabled this mod
Available for saved game. Can be removed whenever you want
Should be compatible with any other mod
