[MCO] BF9 "Heart-Breaker" Destroyer

The Mars Coalition gaining an edge in a taxing war has resorted to manufacturing a new generation of warships.... one such result is.

The BF9 Heart-Breaker Destroyer. with new territory gained, MCO has utilized their new resources to upgrade their fleet from old cargo and civilian ships to cutting edge ship designs. with the help of Mek-Tek Solutions this newly rushed warship has started to replace earlier Gen 1 destroyers. these new Gen 2 warships focus on longer range, and better armor. since Heart-Breaker doesnt rely on pre-made hulls, this allows for the design of armored thrusters without sacrificing integrity.

the Heart-Breaker utilizes a single Mek-Tek BF9-Auger, a single barreled medium turret as its main hardpoint. using the same smart angle resetting as previous ships. and a salvo program to allow the turret to burst-fire consistent damage.

Veteran Pilots have noted that while the ship is capable of flying within high gravity environments, it seems best optimized in zero G space engagements. the ship is sturdy making it well capable of fighting targets of its own size on its own.

For best results in combat, they recommend constant movement and rotation to increase the survivability of the BF9-Auger and the rest of the ship. they also recommend having a secondary gunner to use the turrets while the captain moves around hostile ships.
