This mod is based on Double Speed Forts:

Suitable for maps with large forts and for Fortships. Contains changes that shift the balance towards attacking rather than defending, namely:
The rate of fire of all weapons is increased by about 3 times
Weapons with overheat mechanics cool down almost 2 times faster
Shells have 1.5 times more muzzle velocity
All vanilla missiles have increased muzzle velocity, but do not gain it over time
Fire spreads 3 times faster
Doors open and close twice as fast
Warhead, howitzer and deck gun projectile has 1.5 times bigger splash radius. Deck gun projectile and warhead are collides with background materials
20mm cannon makes salvo faster
The AI of air defense systems has been strengthened
