You're mistaken. The secret achievement pops when you press the use key on a pseudogiant with no weapons in your inventory.

yes there is one, you just dont see it until it unlocks because its a secret achievement

to unlock it go to x16 before you speak to the scientist with the makarov and press the use key on a snork
