Tranquilizer Gun

Original SWEP and Entitie made by myself as part of a server project.
This addon contains the sniper rifle weapon as well as the entity that acts as ammunition for the gun.

- Add real ammunition entity (Ammo can only be found by looting a tranquilizer gun)
- Add different type of ammo (duration sleep or effect)

Shoots an entity that, if it hits a player, damages the target in 4 stages, disturbing its vision and decreasing its walking/running speed.
The affected player takes 1 minute to fall asleep and then stays asleep for 1 minute.
When the target has reached the end of the last stage, it falls asleep and cannot be woken up after a certain time.
It has no effect on NPC.

Tire une entité qui si elle touche un joueur, endors en 4 étapes la cible en troublant sa vision et diminuant sa vitesse de marche/course.
Le joueur affecté met 1 minute pour s'endormir puis reste endormie pendant une minute.
Lorsque la cible a atteint la fin de la dernière étape, elle s'endort et ne peut être réveillée après un certain temps.
L'effet n'a aucun effet sur les PNJ.
