Deselect spawn with crew in the 3den Editor to get an empty helo. Spawn a separate pilot from whichever faction you prefer and move it onto the helicopter's icon.

Is there a way to add different pilots to this? Running a liberation server and when this helicopter spawns, it spawns CSAT Pilots

Have you ever considerd to make a legendary Mi-4 transport helicopter? Which is widely served in Soviet Army before Mi-8 and Mi-24.
