No Gauranlen Pruning Decay

This mod simply removes the need to continuously prune your Gauranlen tree in order to maintain your current level of connection. While you still need to initially prune the tree to reach 100% connection it won't decay unless you have buildings within the trees vicinity (or if other events occur, e.g. a dryad dies).

Works fine with games in progress. Feel free to test and let me know how it goes!
