Well, I am not 100% sure of that, but I found similar issues in multiple mods. I shall check again.

@CommonAnts how do you know that? i have played like this and that has never happen so i don't think it's true, also looking at the game debug information

seems like the game overrides the state so it uses the on in the mod so no problem should happen, at least i haven't seen any building be destroyed like you said.

In sum, one have to modify vanilla files in state_regions, rather than adding new files.

A code issue: if one modifies state_regions with new file name while rewriting vanilla content, it would be dual, which means the vanilla state region and the modified one would be loaded together. Once potential resources in that region become discovered, it would be discovered twice, and all resources buildings built in that state region are destroyed.

Hmmm, I smell a fellow Venezuelan or Colombian sibling. :P
