We missed a later passage in the novel where the monster does indeed refer to himself as Adam while referring to Victor as his creator.
As for the fallen angel, it indeed was never specified. It was however specified that Frankenstein's monster had specifically read John Milton's 'Paradise Lost', in which Satan is named specifically as the fallen angel. Since in Christianity Satan and Lucifer are both identified as the same being (being called Lucifer before his fall from heaven and Satan afterwards), and the monster likened himself to a fallen angel after specifically having read the book there is a heavy implication that Satan/Lucifer is the fallen angel he meant (aside from all the other influences Paradise Lost has had on the novel's author).

Nonetheless, thanks for noticing the error. The answers in that question have been changed appropriately to reflect this.

The Frankenstein question -- he compares himself to Adam and a fallen angel in the book. He does not specify Lucifer, closest would be Adam and/or Satan.
