Description
Does your pawn need to take a break, but they just keep on working instead? If you don't enjoy having to juggle work assignments and schedules just to get a pawn to chill out for five g**damn minutes, then this mod is for you.

This mod adds the ability to command a colonist to engage in certain recreation activities (the ones that involve specific buildings).

IMPORTANT: It's an updated version of an existing mod, i claim no ownership of the mod.
This version may be taken down by request from the original author.
The original author is free to use this mod to update their own.

The only recreation I've been able to see pawns automatically doing on their own are the training dummies and archery target from Misc. Training. Everything vanilla and Vanilla Expanded seems to be automatically cancelled upon approach.

Tried both modded and with only this mod loaded, pawns seem to be having issues altogether with recreation on their own, scheduled and not.

The only thing I've been able to do is get ONE pawn, at a time, to perform solitairy relaxation with campfires, or the horseshoe pin.
With any more than 6 colonists this becomes impossible to keep pawns satisfied with recreation.

No error logging, nothing. Pawns just cancel out their forced task and leave completely unsatisfied. One of those tiny rimworld updates probably messed up a line of code with recreation.

u mean they start doing the joy task manually and immediately stop?

No fix, mod author and this updater abandoned the mod.

anyone have a fix for the pawn not fufilling recreation, this mod used to be perfect but what happened?

Im happy to say the mod still mostly works in 1.5 though like @Jet has mentioned. The pawn will not stay to complete recreation they instead instantly complete the task and leave gaining zero recreation.

is there any way you can make it so that when pawns do recreation they dont immediately end it if you try manually doing joy during their work schedule? Seems the mod only works if its not during work schedule

Hey, I know I posted this about the original mod a while back, but never found a solution...if my colonists are in their work time, they'll walk over to a source of relaxation, and then promptly turn back around and go work. Has anyone ever come across/fixed this?

is anyone having an issue with chess tables? i can't seem to get my pawn to interact with it. nor do they play a game themselves. i build it and it just collects dust. like commanding them to use other rec stuff works tv's, punching bags poker ect. its just the chess tables they refuse to use. there isn't even a command pop up when you click on it like how the others work.

@tiagorbrodrigues the 1.5 tag is already in the file.
Try revalidating the game files, this may allow files to be redownloaded correctly to avoid the version error
