[UP13] Hampton & Kempton Waterworks Railway

Description
This route is based on the real life Hampton & Kempton Waterworks Railway (but not a 100% accurate depiction).

The route includes the real life Hanworth Loop at Kempton Park, as well as the proposed extension to Hydes Field, Hampton.

This heritage railway is based on the Metropolitan Water Board Railway, which was a narrow gauge railway that supplied the triple expansion engines at the Kempton Park pumping station with coal from the barges at Hampton.

THIS IS THE BETA VERSION - all constructive feedback is welcomed.

Thanks for the feedback. I did try adding facilities, but the assests didn't look right for the setting. I think IRL it's a very rudimentary facility (it is just the loop IRL) and probably just involves a hose pipe or something. I decided not to add anything as the route isn't very long but it has been noted.

I do have some scenarios to go with this route, but can't upload until the route reaches 30 votes.

Nice little run on this route, one thing I will say is to add water and coaling facilities wherever they have them "IRL" on this railway. BUT otherwise nice little railway ideal for running Corris stock OR Ffestiniog/Welsh Highland stock.
