ISO Fluid Trading Container for CSSACT

Description
An fluid container ballasted with the right amount of sea water, that the it floats at the right height for the CSSACT to pick it up. Equipped with a Keep Active Block so it can be left at the refinery to slowly fill up while you can head back to base to grab another container(and vice-versa for the selling location)

Make sure to keep the fluid dumping doors open during the first flight to the fuel refinery, to thoroughly remove the sea water from the container.

Notes
  • Don't fill it up with the pumps at the dock/hangars, those have air inside and will be problematic for custom tanks
  • Docking at sea is only practical while in blue or green wind conditions
  • The best way to dock a container at sea is to spawn the CSSACT first, drive it out of the dock, then spawn the container, then line up the container with the CSSACT by pushing it while swimming, and finally driving the CSSACT to pick it up. Make sure to close all the hatches on the CSSACT during docking so it doesn't get flooded.
  • Alternatively do some cargo container missions to earn $10k to buy the TT Helicopter island hangar, it will be much easier to pick up on the ground.

the more hoses you connect to the pumping station the faster it pumps, but with diminishing returns.

@Urbanicus I haven't ran into that problem, does it happen at a specific spot on the map? but I suspect it may have to do with physics detail in game settings. Might need to change it to "High"

Thank you! I will try re-sizing the wheels.

The other issue I've found (this is probably also related to the CSSACT) is that when this is fully loaded, and the CSSACT has a full load of fuel, it has trouble taking off and/or maintaining flight. I've tried reducing fuel load to less than 1000, and cargo to 30000, but I'm still getting either the whole thing crashing en-route, or the CSSACT just dumping its container after being ariborne for several minutes.

yeah especially when it's full on liquid. As a stop gap solution, try increasing the wheel size of the CSSACT and see if that helps.

Seem to be having some clearance problems when this is attached to the CSSACT. The wheels clip into the ground a bit, causing everything to bottom out and making it very hard to move or steel when it is in ground mode.
