Description
Simple mod to allow specific casualties of children.
- Removes the debuff for 'Killed a child', making the base mood effect 0.
- Changes the opinion of people of 'Killed a child' to be 0.

I asked around a bit more and somebody made a patch for it, up to you but I think there are a few more people looking for something like that too given how popular the grayer morals mod was.
