Midna is one of the most popular Zelda characters and by far the fan favourite companion in the series for good reason, her design is perfection and she definitely has the best and most fleshed out personality and story (Also yeah, Cursed/Imp Midna > True Twili Midna), the queen of the shortstacks certianly gets her share of love still.
However Cia is vastly underrated, definitely one of the sexiest characters in the series, I mean her big chest popping out like it does in the game certianly isn't E for everyone and is probably up there with the most explicitly sexual visuals in the series, plus she was a decently fun villian overall, honestly I wish Hyrule Warriors 1 had better gameplay like Age Of Calamity does, AOC has better gameplay in every way but I miss the series/timeline celebration crossover and HW1 easily had the best designs for the whole cast, I just can't go back to how unrefined and weakly designed 1 is despite prefering it's other aspects and concept so much more.
