在30、40、50级自动解锁导师技能。

导师技能第三阶的效果由50%改为100%，满级角色将成为高级导师，将全部（其实不是全部）经验分享给其他人。

注意，如果你有增加等级上限的mod，这会使你的角色无法获得经验。（也不是完全没有，应该有10点左右，所以我在上面说其实不是全部）

Automatically unlock tutor skills at levels 30, 40, and 50.

The effect of the third level of mentor skill is changed from 50% to 100%. The full level role will become a senior mentor and share all (but not all) experience with others.

Note that if you have a mod that increases the upper level limit, your character will not gain experience. (Not at all. It should be around 10 o'clock, so I said above that it wasn't all.)
