Don't Starve Crafting Reference Sheet (RoG Edition) {Printable}

A useful and printable crafting reference sheet to avoid wasting time in game and learn the requirements more easily.

Introduction

Hello fellow survivors!

I decided to make a full crafting reference sheet for Don't Starve Reign of Giants edition in order to have access to the information needed more quickly. It also helps remembering the requirements for each item.

I only included a small description for each item, if you want more information you should visit the excellent Don't Starve Wiki[dont-starve-game.wikia.com]

Items only present in Reign of Giants are listed with a RoG badge next to them.

You have access to the sheet directly on this guide. You can also download the sheet in the "Downloads" section, in a printable format (PDF).

I have probably made some mistakes here and there, so don't hesitate to post in the comments.

I hope this guide will help you survive longer in this harsh world.

@FilFortress There is nothing in Don't Starve that you can build to hide away from weather and the outside world. I think it kind of goes against the spirit of the game. However, you don't have to constantly do the things you are saying. Part of the game is finding out how to do those things more conveniently so that you can explore more!

For example, instead of constantly building fires, you can have a sleeping bag or tent to pass the night. Instead of setting up a campfire to cook, you can use a crock pot. If you have both these things, you can negate the need for a campfire entirely(some nights).

But all in all, DS doesn't encourage constantly staying in one spot haha

@FilFortress I hope you a joking, because that is literally the Hamlet DLC. Either you are completely clueless about what Don't starve is, or you are just a troll.

What this game really needs is the ability for the player to build better structures like actual houses. That way the player can go inside and be protected from the elements indefinitely. It gets repetitive and annoying to have to build fires each night to stay warm or when having to cook something. The inventory list and item selection GUI is clunky at best. This list would have been useful to have right from the start. Good job!

A bit chaotic in design, but it is still VERY helpful in its own right.
