Description
This Mod makes the Campaign Camera pan up at low heights

If it doesn't: Either some other mod overrides it, or the mod is not enabled

Here's a slightly less scenic version!

It works but you need to put your graphics settings to ultra for any of these camera settings to take effect. I just discovered this :)
