Identify Weakpoint Tweak

Description
Changes the mechanics of Identify Weakpoint - now, the Offensive dice on the page will *ALWAYS *receive Slash-specific bonuses, even if the dice-type has changed away from Slash, and will *NEVER *receive bonuses that are specifically Slash-exclusive, even if the dice-type has changed to a type that would be included therein.

The main benefit to this is allowing Purple Tear to always receive the buff from her Slash Stance when using this page, regardless of what dice-type the dice end up being when the page is used.

It does Weak damage against the Twilight monster (Binah's Realization last phase).
A bit strange, but might've been because it's an outlier case.
