A simple HV designed for the early game to allow for quick access to mobility rather than having to walk everywhere. It's a design I've been using for some time now in my own games and had posted in the Poverty Builds thread since it's so cheap to produce. Composed entirely of carbon substrate, this HV is small, fast, and very maneuverable.

Compatibility

This blueprint has only been tested with Empyrion 1.8 (Build 3842). It likely will not work on versions older than 1.8.

It should work in pretty much any scenario due to its low level part requirements.
