NOTE: I'm retired from modding at the moment so someone else may need to pick this up or make a patch at some point. I may come back around 2025 though

Updated to 3.10! May still be compat with 3.9, 3.8, 3.7 and 3.6 (changes were minimal and only to the resource interface, which should be overwritten anyways if you use a resource mod)

Heyo, this mod was abandoned so I've taken it up to do upkeep and what not! The original mod was made by Quol but he is the dead (not literally), so ya (his description below)


This submod for Gigastructural Engineering adds new systems centered around collecting and using stellar plasma to manipulate stars to a much higher degree







With a new ascension perk called Stellar Manipulation (requires tetradimensional engineering, star lifters and fusion supressors) you can unlock a new megastructure that can be built around any (vanilla or gigastructures) star to change it's size, either harvest it for stellar plasma, reducing it's size in the process, or inject plasma to increase it.
Stars can go all the down to a class T brown dwarf (needs to be ignited with a substellar compressor before being injected) all the way to a massive class O star



Another mechanic added is the systemcraft assembler, after attack moon and planetcraft printers the systemcraft printer is now here, locked behind 3 APs needing the stellar injector, Systemcraft and planetcraft printer techs you can build a systemcraft assembler capable of "printing" a systemcraft in one stage without needing to spend pops or make separate attack moons and planetcrafts. This systemcrafts are more expensive and take longer than usual but receive hull and fire rate buffs



And last but not least the O class systemcraft, can be built normally around a O class star (still uses pops and separate celestial crafts) or printed in one piece, at a much higher cost than a regular one this might vessel counts with a x5 stronger reactor capable of handling up to 15 erasure beams, more armor slots and more T and XL slots.

O class systemcrafts are unlocked by having the systemcraft hull upgrade tech and the tech for class O dysons

@Kontaro Maybe try to deactivate universal ressources and change the mod load order and restart then activate it again and restart

@Kontaro I think thats just gigastructural engineering, or do you have ACOT on? cause I've noticed with ACOT that sentient metal and negative mass just disappear from the rare resources tab.

How about "More Megastructure Build Speed" mod?
It let you use high-cost edicts which buff your megastructure build speed +1000%~15000% & Supertensile Materials from job +300&~+3000%

Is there anyway you could make the time to assemble a systemcraft shorter, like a high cost repeatable tech or something? 5k+ days to assembly an O-class is kinda ridiculous IMO
