Wood elf female archers

Adds a female deepwood scout and waywatcher variant for a little more spice.
Uses the base stats from the respective unit class and changes the ammo type.
Upkeep and unit costs are adjusted respective to their ammo and class type.

And lets be honest, its a little odd that the wood elves are a forest focused faction, and yet they have more cavalry units than archers.
