Red Skill Line Rework Buff All Units

Description
DESCRIPTION:
This mod rework the red skill line of all factions with a new effects that will buff all units from all factions.
I reworked only the first 6 red skills the rank 7 ones will stay the same for now.
all factions will have the same first 6 red skills.


Bugs:
I did a small test but if u find something post here.
and if u find a unit that's didn't get effected from the skill tell me.

Compatibility:
This mod will not be Compatible with other mods that change the red skill line.
Safe to add and remove mid game.

Credits:
Matenkai and Blazed Kofe for letting me use some of their tables.

hey i could tape your mod. it only has 2 errors and by deleting the 2 lines for chaos beasts units, the mod does work again. May i upload the tape until you fix the mod properly?

hey mate, thx for the mod. it is def a must have as it makes the game way better. CA is dumb af not to use you and ur work. just a update, 4.0 and the subsequent hotfixes have ur mod disabled. would you please fix it? thx mate!
