Imperial Red - Blood of Our Heirs

Description
A small recolor for the Reikland faction under Karl Franz to be Red/Red rather than White/Red.

This is in reference to the first reveal footage of TW: Warhammer years back, and I feel like it is a decent color choice for a standardized, completely confederated empire.

Should be compatible with anything that does not change the same tables.
