Water gets worse after shutdown....

Inspiration from "Water goes Bad" and "Dont dring Tap Water"

Most Work and Credits goes to
- albion "Water goes Bad"
- panera gaming "Dont dring Tap Water"

Sandbox Settings are included to change:
- min and max time after shutdown the water will get tainted
- min Waterlevel in watersources
- setting it to 0 has a 25 percent chance the watersource will be drained


I just edited their code into one to use it how i would like it.
