For the Player:

This Mod increases Base Fealty for Empire Electors ,decreases cost for Confederation and increases Authority gain for declining Confederations.

The Mod also increases all Poltical and Invasion events to occur earlier and more frequently during the Campaign.
It also makes basic diplomacy between the Empire Electors possible like Defensive/Military Alliances and joining Wars.

Note: Any Mods that edit or change the Elector counts Poltics data might not work or cause this Mod not to work correctly.
