Guardians of the Everqueen (Sisters of Avelorn)

The Sisters of Avelorn have long been recruited, trained, and expressly employed under the direction of the Everqueen of Ulthuaan. They are her personal guards, handmaidens, and protectors of both sacred and tainted places within Avelorn. They are beyond unquestionably pious, and serve out of love and duty for their Everqueen.

So... why is it exactly, that Alarielle pays the same amount as anyone else to employ a regiment? That anyone serving directly under her and also serving at her direction pays the same amount? It never made much sense to me, so I decided to remedy the situation.

This mod just makes two very small tweaks to Alarielle and Avelorn as a whole. Any sisters serving in Alarielle's own army receive a 30% upkeep reduction, and any in armies answering to Alarielle receive a 15% upkeep reduction.

Tweaks subject to change, and I *may* include buffs to them for thematic sake later but for now it's just the simple problem of "... but of all people to not get an upkeep reduction for the units directly tied to them... the Everqueen?" being fixed in my opinion.
