ms mall outdoor end is part of my modular mall set.
This is a RICO building with no jobs. This is found in the RICO menu in high commercial. The outdoor mall buildings are plain buildings for placing outside the mall on its own with other store assets placed inside them using the 'MOVE IT' mod.
Use this with other Department store buildings to create a modern shopping mall. You will need the "MOVE IT" mod to have a good result, that is why it is a requirement.
