Description
Makes it so that all buildings take only a single turn to build and settlements need only one population surplus growth. Works for both player and AI. This affecs the vanilla buildings and Heimdal's Immortal Landmarks.

Boots fine for me. Maybe Unsub,resub or alter the load order?

Freezes when you try to load it. Have to Task manager out
