Function

AI factions now have 50% upkeep reduction. Works for all difficulty settings.

Updated for patch 5.0 Immortal Empire.

Sweet, yea it is working. You were right, it does take a solid handful of turns. Thanks man, love this mod!

@dillonjw It works for me. It takes a few turns before they build up because of limited recruitment slots. You can check AI upkeep by clicking on their armies while in vision.

Man I really don't think this works. Granted it's a new campaign but the AI clearly doesn't have as many armies as it did before TOD.
