Description
New consumable medicines made from herbs. The mod is tailored more towards high % threat scale runs, as I tend to play with 375% or 500% threat scale. The mod is fairly balanced around classic vanilla as well though since the consumables are good at very specific things. Make sure to check out my other mods as they also expand the current medicines in the game, including neolithic medicines and consumables, industrial medicines and consumables and Glitterworld medicines.

Almost every vanilla trader sells these consumables, as they are a common practice when travelling.

This mod will add 5 consumables in total, giving various bonuses ranging from bleed reduction to enhanced natural healing/global work speed. They do come with side effects though, as they are fairly primitive.

You can find the stats of the consumables below.

(Added) Herbal Propital:

Mainly, this boosts natural healing rate. Also enhances physical capabilities a little bit (almost negligible). Has slight mood debuff.

(Added) Herbal Morphine:

Really good painkiller, although as this practically numbs your body, it also decreases consciousness as well as stats like manipulation and movement.

(Added) Herbal Zagustin:

Greatly reduces bleeding, but also makes your body very stiff, as it limits blood circulation. Can be fatal if you have some sort of kidney deficiency.

(Added) Herbal Adrenaline:

Boosts physical capabilities. It also increases bleeding rate, so make sure that your pawns are not damaged, as it can quickly turn into a fatal blood loss.

Herbal Antibiotics:

Enhances immunity gain. Since antibiotics practically nuke the body, it also reduces physical stats. Also, can cause the side effect "Fever" which is basically a mood debuff.

The sprites for this mod can be changed if anyone wants to commission anything as I lack the artistic skills to make the medicines look better.

Should be safe to add mid save and also should be compatible with every other mod out there since this simply adds 5 new consumable files and doesn't alter anything else from the actual game.

I never played on desert before, so please let me know if it doesn't work and I will try to add a new recipe. It should most likely work though
