Previously, there was a massive area damage mode, has it been removed? or how can I change the mod?

I know this is dumb, but im OCD and the "(normal mod)" at the end of its name, is kinda annoying when im playing, is there any way you could change that?

i managed to slow my game down enough to see the minecraft diamond pickaxe in the mix of projectiles

when i use the zenith pickaxe im stuck on the normal mod form of it, does anyone know how to make it work like the normal zenith?
